Products and Information
Kashwaree products are cosmetic and personal-care products intended for external use. We aim to present descriptions, ingredients, images and availability accurately, but packaging and appearance may vary slightly between batches and screens. Product information is not medical advice.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after validation and confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors, suspected misuse, payment issues or incorrect delivery information and will arrange any applicable refund.
Shipping and Delivery
Standard delivery is normally 2–3 business days, depending on destination and circumstances outside our control. Free delivery applies to eligible orders over LKR 5,000. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and accessible address.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Kashwaree name, logo, website design, photographs, product content and other materials are owned by or licensed to Kolko (PVT) LTD and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Health and Liability
